The village has 6 tipis, some grouped together around a communal fire pit and others more secluded

We have 5 x 18ft diameter tipis with mattresses provided for 4 people

Plus 1 x 24ft diameter with mattresses provided for 6 people

We don't head count though, you are renting the tipi

Our tipis are based as authentically as possible on the original plains Indian design, only replacing traditional buffalo hide with a fire and water resistant canvas and using sustainable sourced timber for the poles

A tipi is also extremely practical - cool when it's hot, with plenty of scope for increasing ventilation and warm at night

They are all open-plan inasmuch that there are no room dividers, you have one large communal space

Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided along with matches, toilet rolls, lanterns, washing up bowls, etc.
